Chew Yet Gor was appointed as Group Human Resource and Administration Manager on 1 November 2010.
She holds a Bachelor of Development Science degree from the National University of Malaysia and a Certificate in Personnel Management from Malaysian Institute of Personnel Management.
Prior to joining the Group, she served as the Human Resource and Administration Manager at a manufacturing company. She has thirty-three (33) years of working experience in the human resource and administration field. She is also responsible for all human resources management and administration matters for EcoFirst, including staff recruitment, payroll administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, human resource policies and procedures, and employee relations.
