Roland Tan was appointed as Head of Sales and Marketing since 1 November 2023.
He holds a Diploma in Banking from Institut Bank-bank Malaysia (“IBBM”).
He started his career in Public Bank Berhad as a Credit Officer in 1978, before moving to property development, in 1990 when he joined Europlus Berhad. He then left to join MK Land Berhad in 1997 as Senior Sales & Marketing Manager, and a few companies like Titijaya Land Berhad, before joining Andaman Group in 2010, where he was then promoted as Head of Sales & Marketing in 2016.
He joined EcoFirst on 1 November 2023 in the same capacity. He brings with him over 30 years of experience in the sales & marketing of properties. Currently, Roland spearheads all the Group’s Sales & Marketing activities.
