Chai Chee Seng was appointed as Project Director since 1 April 2023.
He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Federal Technology, Malaysia.
He has over 32 years of experience, specialised in Project Management and Construction of Commercial and Residential Buildings including office towers, shopping malls, hotels, factories, condominiums, apartments and all types of landed properties.
He oversees the project management and construction of our development project, KL-48@Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur.
