LEE KING LOON

Mr Lee King Loon was appointed to the Board as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 19 January 2026. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company.

Mr Lee holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the University of Western Australia. He is also member of two accounting bodies, namely CPA Australia since August 1995 and the Malaysian Institute of Accountants since December 1995, and is registered as an ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant since April 2018. He also holds a Capital Markets Services Representative’s Licence for advising on corporate finance, issued by Securities Commission Malaysia.

He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of accounting and corporate finance where he had led many consulting engagements including business valuations, financial due diligence reviews, independent advisory, investment analysis, project viability studies, and corporate and debt restructuring exercises.

He served as the Chief Financial Officer of a public-listed company from 2010 until 2018 during which he was involved in the formulation and implementation of the company’s corporate strategies to facilitate the expansion of the company’s business.

Mr Lee has also been involved in the evaluation and undertaking of investments in companies operating in various business sectors, via a group of companies which he co-founded in 2019.

Between 2016 to 2022, he had, on separate occasions, served as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of two Malaysian public-listed companies, namely CN Asia Corporation Berhad and Central Global Berhad, both listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

He has no family relationship with any other Director and/or major shareholder of the Company.
